Birmingham city centre modern apartment

Hi

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat in the city centre and am looking for someone to move in with me.

Sadly my flatmate is moving out so I am ideally looking for someone to move in from end of February but open to suggestions!.

There is a spacious double room with integrated wardrobes and your own en-suite. The living room is nice and spacious and has recently been redecorated. The property has a great balcony overlooking the city. There is no dedicated parking space but my previous flatmate parked on the roads nearby with no problems finding a space.

I have an indoor cat called Mango who is a super friendly and will give you cuddles if you want them!!

I am a pretty outgoing person, love going out and doing new things but also love staying in and relaxing with a glass of wine. I work fairly long hours but I try and go to the gym as and when I can (there is a Nuffield gym opposite where I live) and I also play tennis during the week.

I know that living with a ‘live in landlord’ puts some people off but I really am relaxed, it’s your home too! All my flatmates have become great friends and I would hope that whoever lives with me next becomes the same.
