Room in lovely flat in Watermarque
I've recently moved to Birmingham for work and have moved into a flat in the Watermarque development on Browning Street. I am currently looking for someone to take over the spare room in the 2 bedroom flat.
The flat is very comfortable with balcony overlooking the canal. The development is near to Brindley Place and is a 15 minute walk from New Street station. The property will have the following benefits for the tenant:
- BT broadband/TV contract (inc BT sport channels)
- TV licence
- Gym onsite for tenants
The expressed rent is EXCLUSIVE of bills, and I will require contribution for Council Tax, water/electric bills, broadband/TV and TV licence cost. Please note there will also be a £250 cost for you to be added to the contract.
I'm looking to share with another young professional who is clean and tidy but keen to avoid tension over the issue. I'm quite outgoing and definitely enjoy a good night out, but also appreciate the value of a quiet night in with a beer and a film.
