I currently have 3 really large double rooms, recently decorated and fully furnished on South Road, (near Jewellery Quarter) Hockley, B18.

This is a very convenient location for city centre, about 1 mile away, very close to the centre of the Jewellery Quarter (about half a mile away) with good transport links to other towns such as West Bromwich and many other areas via the nearby train station and bus stops. The rooms are very large and have recently been redecorated and re-carpeted. The rooms are in a large Victorian house which has been modernised and redecorated through-out but maintains some wonderful architectural features. Other facilities are a large bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and sink) a separate shower room and a second separate toilet. Other communal areas are a large living room and kitchen / dining room. The house is on quiet road with off road parking and rear garden area.

THE PEOPLE AND ATMOSPHERE

The people are mostly graduates and professionals so have similar working hours. They all met through the house so they're used to new people and give them a warm welcome. Housemates like to do sociable things together such as meal times, cinema, weekend nights out, quiz nights and movie nights in. They keep the place tidy and the cleaner takes care of general cleaning. If you like your own quiet time it's no problem, the house is plenty big enough and unlike modern houses the sound doesn't carry. Because we have several places it’s possible to move to other houses and meet new people to form a wider circle of friends.

What's Included?

Rent is inclusive of gas, electricity, water, council tax, T. V. license & wireless internet. There is also a cleaner for the communal areas.
