Hi!
I am looking for someone to fill a room in a spacious a two bedroom city centre flat. I am one of the tenants who has moved out, advertising on behalf of the current tenant and private landlord.
The flat:
- 2 double ensuite bedrooms, spacious lounge, seperate kitchen, hallway and guest toilet.
- Fully furnished with furniture, TV, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc, security alarm, video entry system.
- Secure off road parking space.
- Located near the Mailbox and 8-10 minutes walk to New Street Station.
The available room:
- Lovely and bright, furnished with a chest of drawers, double bed, side table, large built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle. -- It also has a large windows looking onto the communal courtyard.
- Rent is £400/month, bills not included.
- Bills will be electricity, water, internet and Council Tax. (Please be aware Paris, the current tenant, is a Post-Graduate student and so doesn't pay Council Tax. If working and so the sole payer, you can get 75% from the Council)
- Paris would love someone friendly, responsible and quiet (she is studying with lots of exams), and ideally female.
- The current lease is until May, and then you can renew it with the landlord. We're looking for someone to move in ASAP.
