Dbl room in city centre - 10 mins to New Street

We're offering a dbl room to rent in our 2 bed apartment AND underground parking.

We have shared for a couple of years with a flatmate and can either accommodate full-time or we can do a Mon-Fri option (at a reduction).

We're both fun people, working professionally in the entertainment industry.

The apartment is a 8 mins walk from New Street Station and 30 secs from the Mailbox and canal. It's an amazingly central location.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, broadband/wifi and we make sure there's always loo roll, tea & coffee in the Kitchen.

A cleaner comes once a week.

A parking space is available in the private underground car park to go with the room.

Our previous tenant came from spare-room and we've become friends as well as flatmates. We would hope for the same easy going relationship with trust from our next flatmate.

Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a relaxed cool person with no major hang-ups.

The room and house is no smoking, but you are welcome to smoke on the patio or in the courtyard.

More About Us:

We're a married couple who get on great and don't do domestics. We're conscious of sharing the space and making you feel welcome and we're both often out doing our own stuff. One of us is often away on tour. I'm English, she's Australian.

We're both performers so we are often out and about and we don't have a conventional schedule work-wise.

Note re Disabled Access: Step free access to our front door and a lift to all floors in the building, including car park. Bathroom and Kitchen however, are not adapted for wheelchair a user but are step free. We both have level 1 BSL.
