Birmingham Central With park Views

Hi there, Im Dave a live in landlord in this apartment in the centre of birmingham. I spread my time in the week between college and work. Most weeknights i spend at home relaxing. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Im easygoing and looking for a professional who is clean and tidy also.

The apartment is on the 5th floor with a large outdoor balcony looking over the park. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher and all other appliances. There is a breakfast bar which i use for working and eating. In the lounge there is a large corner sofa with recliners at either end and a 65" TV.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a large built in wardrobe, also has an ariel point for a TV. Bedroom has a juliet balcony with sliding doors. The ensuite has a large shower and heated towel rail.

I have superfast fibre optic broadband installed too. Parking is available on the street.

The apartment is central and easy walking distance too.

New street station: 15mins
Broad street: 10mins
The mailbox: 5 mins
