Lovely en-suite double bedroom in the heart of B1!

I am looking for someone to replace my current housemate in our lovely two bedroom apartment in Birmingham City Centre from early January 2015!

The apartment consists of two large double bedrooms (one with en-suite), a big shared living area, a separate kitchen and family bathroom. There is also a secure CCTV monitored car-parking space available. The room up for rent is a great size with a built in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, double bed and en-suite bathroom attached.

You'll be living with me (Kat); I'm 24, I work in a number of live events and music venues around the city centre and am looking for a tidy, easy going new flatmate for a minimum of 6 months.

The rent is £425 a month excluding bills. On top of that there's just council tax, electricity and water, which in total makes living here cost around £550 pcm (on average!) It's a private rent so there's no deposit / admin fees etc. We're right in the centre of Birmingham - 5 minute walk to Brindley Place and the Jewellery Quarter, 10 minute walk into the centre of town and New Street Station and 15 minutes to the Bullring and you won't find a nicer or bigger flat for the same price in this location!
