I'm looking for 1 short term tenet to rent 1 en suite room in the middle of Birmingham, West Midlands. Living period from within the 6th of June till the 1st of September.
Has to be a month+ worth of letting
The room is a premium en suite, comes with fully functioning kitchen, fully furnished living area with all bills included and that's with high speed WiFi available free, 24/7 security are just a phone call away if you have any problems or are locked out.
The accommodation also comes with a gym which all residents are welcome to and as it will be the summer the gym won't be busy at all, also included is a common room with a pool table and Sky TV included, with free tea and coffee open to residents if they like.
The accommodation is also situated 5-10 minutes walk away from the town centre and 10 - 15 minutes walk away from Broad Street with Birmingham's famous nightclubs
The reason I am selling the flat is because I have to for the summer but I will be returning home from university.
