We are 3 profesional females living at this property. One is moving out at the end of July, so we are looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is conveniently located within the B1 area, in Jewellery Quarter. It is situated very close to Brindley Place and Victoria Square.

The flat is on the Ground floor, it's small but cosy and contains a kitchen fully furnished with all amenities, storage room and one bathroom to share. There is electric heating and double glazing windows. Please, notice that the flat DOESN´T HAVE SHARED LIVING ROOM.

The room is a small but bright single one (it would be perfect is you don't have many things).It comprises a single bed (no space for doble, sorry), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a besidetable.

We'll be delighted to rent the room to FEMALE professionals ONLY, sorry no DSS, no couples, no pets, no smokers.
Ideally someone who is working in Birmingham, quite easy-going, respectful and generally clean and tidy (This is really important), so someone similar to us would be very welcome. We appreciate to have similar working hours, Mon - Fri 8-5.

If you are a clean and tidy person, easy-going and you like to have nice flamates to have a chat but also enjoy your own privacity, this is your room.

Best time for viewing is during the week is after 7 in the evenings. Weekends we can arrange almost anytime. Wievings will start on 23rd July.
