Internet and TV licence are already in place- so no waiting around for them to be set up! The flat is nice and quiet and has just had brand new heaters fitted. There is also 24 hour concierge and security. Please note this is an agency let flat and agency fees apply; I am finding my own flatmate to move in. The flat is in an amazing location- just across the road from a Tesco and the restaurants/ cinema in the mailbox. A 10 minute walk to New Street Station. Move in day March 21st, minimum 6 month contract. RENT £425 pcm.
