I have got a double room available in my luxury 2 bed apartment in The Mailbox. The apartment is very nice with all amenities and your bedroom has got a double bed, table and walking wardrobe. The apartment has one bathroom only but we never had issues as my office timing is very early in the morning and hers was about 7ish. The room is available as my current flatmate has been transferred to London (she was working here as an junior doctor). The apartment has 24 hour concierge and very safe residential parking.
Mailbox is very near to New street station probably 2 mins walk, Bull ring, Brindley Place and Broad Street.

Am looking for a professional who is friendly and sociable. Must be clean and tidy. Wouldn't mind sharing the cleaning activities as well after all it's our home.
Plus landlord will do a refernce check which will be £200.
