It's a nice easy to walk to the University of Birmingham, 25 min, much quicker by bike or scooter. There is a garage for bike storage and a driveway for parking.

Bournville train station is a 10 min walk from the house & then its a 5 min direct train to University or 12 min to city centre. Trains run every 10 minutes.

There is a bus stop, restaurants, pubs and a supermarket within 5 min walk from the house. Plus there a country walks/bike route and parks close by.

Stirchley is a haven for independents on the high street- such as a micro bakehouse, a few independent breweries/bars, cafes and art spaces, as well as a bike foundry amongst other shops. The house is very close to Cadbury's / Modelez and Tally-Ho and not far from the QE Hospital.

This is a 4 person house share and the tenants tend to be those undertaking a postgraduate course such as a Masters or PhD in the main or a professional.

The rooms each have a double bed, a desk, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet etc.

There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor and an extra toilet downstairs.

It’s a new build house, so nice and warm. The communal areas have been decorated in April-June 2023. There is a communal lounge with TV.

The room comes available on 11 May but if you need a room sooner do also let me know and I'll check if there's any movement on this.
