Nice Room, Average-ish House
As I say, room is quite nice about 13x13, one radiator, double glazed and just decorated and carpeted. Rest of the house is just a little bit basic at the moment, because I havnt bought that much stuff for it. But it all works.
Suppose I would prefer someone who is working, is reasonably easy going but not a total slob either.
