Lovely Room in Lovely Houseshare!

This is a laid back and friendly house, with a relaxed easy-going atmosphere. We're also pretty flexible, so the 'yes/no' boxes the site has given us might be negotiable - do check! :)

We have shared lounge, as well as a second small lounge/dining room.
There is a shared bathroom, and also a downstairs toilet and shower.

The large double bedrooms are currently furnished, but we're open for discussion if you need to bring your own furniture. The room available from 27th May is a loft conversion that is accessed via a narrow flight of stairs, so may not be suitable for everyone.

Rent includes all bills, but housemates will be expected to chip in for cleaning products, loo-roll etc!

The house is non-smoking, but if you smoke the garden or the shed can be used for this.

There is a washing machine, but no drier. We do have central heating.

We don't have any pets, but if you'd like to bring one, lets discuss it!

There is on-road parking available, and we live on a one-way street less than 5 minutes walk from Brierley Hill High Street, or 10 minute walk from Merry Hill. Buses to Dudley/Stourbridge every 10 minutes. Also buses to Halesowen and Wolverhampton.
