Located near a beautiful Lake setting on a modern attractive Close, near to a local Sainsburys, Merry Hill Shopping Centre, local bus stops 5 mins walk away or 10 mins drive to the M5 motorway links. Wooden floors throughout, new kitchen, rear south facing garden with patio doors. Shared use of bathroom with shower facilities. Private parking available. I work full time in the day and some eves. I'm fairly quiet and private myself so would have the upmost respect for others too. I have a small friendly dog, she is very well behaved and relaxed ( and most importantly odorless!)

The room can be available furnished with a single bed and drawers, or without whichever is your preference.
