A three bed semi, in a cul de sac location in North Wolverhampton, with an enclosed rear garden and driveway parking. My neighbours are lovely and chatty. Kids play in the street and there's no trouble.
You'd be sharing with one male professional, and it's fully set up with pots and pans, fridge, freezer etc.
I can do furnished or unfurnished bedroom, it's lovely and bright (the biggest bedroom in the house). The bathroom and kitchen are both brand new, and I installed an open fire in the living room. Brand new carpet everywhere too. Broadband internet included.
