Room to let in homely house in Chapelfields

The rooms:
I have a large double room available from June 2015. The room is £410pcm,(£350pcm for Monday-Friday only) incl. bills* (*Subject to fair use as my broadband is capped - so far this hasn't caused any limitations to tenants).

I also have a small double room available from August 2015. This is £365pcm (£300pcm Mon-Fri).

The rooms are furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers). All other amenities are shared: bathroom, big kitchen/conservatory, living room (with TV), dining room, downstairs loo etc. I have a good-sized back garden which I'm attempting to plant up with veggies and fruit trees. There is a deck and table/chairs to eat outside (when it's nice!)

Access:
Parking is on the street. Town is a 20min walk/there are regular buses. The nearest train station is Canley (12min walk), Coventry train station is a 25min walk. Buses to Warwick University leave from Hearsall Common (5min away).

About me (live in landlady):
I am 37 and work for a charity in Birmingham. I have a rescue husky who is very friendly and loves a good fuss and to run (she is a downstairs-only dog, who sleeps in the kitchen). I like running, yoga, cycling, watching films, drinking beer/wine and making stuff. I am passionate about wildlife and enjoy the outdoors. I am fairly laid back and get on with most people, but I am looking for female lodgers who are clean (do their share of the housework), considerate and fun/positive in outlook.
