Would someone who wants a calm clean house that feels like a proper home. Close to local shops and 15 minutes' walk to Coseley Railway station for frequent trains to Birmingham and Wolverhampton. 5 minutes walk from Birmingham New Road with its frequent bus services.
Sharing with a small dog and two friendly professional housemates (one gay guy 48, the owner, one straight guy, 27). Modern kitchen and bathroom, power shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, double glazing, new carpets. Off street parking probably available through retired next door neighbours who don't have a car and have let us use their drive by arrangement.
Food can be either totally private and individual or shared as you prefer, or a mixture of both. We like to cook!
Friendly small female dog also lives in this house, does not shed hair.
