Hi My names Sarah :). I'm a 29 year old doctor.
I have an attic double room with toilet en suite available in my home. The house has a separate lounge, dining room, kitchen and a small garden. The property is located a 2 minute walk to cotteridge high street, and less than 5 minutes to kings Norton train station- trains take about 15 mins to new street station.
Bills include water, gas, electric, council tax, broadband and sky
I'm fairly tidy, laid back and friendly. I enjoy both nights out, and nights in in front of the telly. I'm looking for a like minded professional. I currently live there with my dog Otis, so liking dogs is a requirement too! The current lodger is moving out in July the 1st so the room is available from then.
