THE HOUSE:

It is a 10 Min. walk from city centre, 15 Min. walk to train station, and 5-15 Min. walk to bus stops to every part of the city.

Standard 2 up 2 down mid terrace.

The House is furnished.

If you have your own furniture you wish to bring in then that will be fine...assuming it all fits!

the following bills come to around £390 a month, which works out weekly to £90. divided by 3 means £30 each for bills:

Sky TV / Unlimited broadband internet

Rent must be paid a month in advance and must be paid on time via bank transfer to arrive in my account by the 1st of each month.

Security deposits are required in case of damage and or failure to pay rent as it will be used to cover any costs.

ABOUT ME:

Hi my name is Jags and I am a 35 year old professional male.

I am a laid back individual, who tends to get along with most people straight away.

I smoke occasionally, and if I have friends around, the majority of them smoke.

I visit Amsterdam regularly.

I enjoy consoles, TV, cinema, having friends over for food/drinks and some board games or video games.(yes it may be geeky but its fun!)

THE NEW HOUSE-MATES:

I am looking for someone that is fun to be around, knows how to have a laugh, is laid back, respectful, personable and reliable.

The person must be OK with smokers as all my friends smoke tobacco either on a regular basis or like myself, on a recreational basis (Shisha/waterpipe/hooka), and unlike pubs and clubs I don't operate a smoking ban!

Generally speaking as long as you are respectful and tolerant of others beliefs and ways of life, then you should be OK! :)
