Comfortable...calm...clean house. A home-from-home suitable for post grads and mature students.

If you don't fancy the idea of living with lots of people and competing for use of facilities, my place might suit you!

Situated close to Earlsdon and green spaces, with good transport links to the city centre and convenient access to the A45. The house is in a lovely residential street, with handy bus routes for the city centre, Coventry/Warwick universities and the rail station close by. There is a neighbourhood Co-op and a Sainsbury’s superstore within a few minutes’ walk.

The room is available for single occupancy. Female housemates preferred, but i'm happy to consider a male if the right person comes along. Open to letting 7 days a week or Monday to Friday.

The room is light, airy, fully furnished and overlooks the rear garden.

I am easy going and considerate... busy but sociable...usually up for a cuppa and a chat :). I'm looking for the same in a housemate, most important is to feel at home.

As far as the rest of the house goes, there is a large, well equipped kitchen, a comfy through lounge, bathroom with a shower, and an additional downstairs loo...handy, so there are never any bathroom clashes!

Wireless broadband and bills are included.

A cute addition to the house is my rescue Patterdale terrier, who would be delighted if you'd like to join her in the odd game of fetch or tug!
