My partner and I have a lovely double room in a friendly household and offer all modern facilities.
We are looking for a post grad who is reliable and friendly. Although we are live in landlords we are really amenable and you would be made really welcome.
The house is in a nice residential area and close to bus routes to the City Centre and both Coventry and Warwick University. There are local shops around the corner.
I am happy to arrange a viewing anytime and also consider short lets.
