I am looking for a professional lodger for monday - friday. The property is a very spacious 4 bed roomed house that is near all main roads with easy access to all Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham and all surrounding local areas. (The A45, Westwood Heath and the Warwick university are very close))
The double room is furnished of a good size and you will have you your own bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath (your own use only). There is a TV in the bedroom but the tenant will have full access to all the house including the living room - no restrictions - full use of all facilities.
Very easy going laid back owner. Only myself in the house at present
