1 furnished, great sized double room, available from 20th April for a minimum of 6 months (thereafter rolling contract).

It’s a nice house in a nice street, initially chosen as a house for my wife and I to live in.

It is conveniently located, 15 minutes walk from city centre, very near the airport, big supermarkets and the major arterial roads north and south. I lived here myself for 3 years, it really is handily located! See Google maps post code CV3.

The rent has been fixed for 6 years, as we like a simple life and would like to fill it quickly.

Fully furnished, including double beds, wardrobes and desks with chairs in each room. Shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom, box room, and large, maintained garden.

There is a spare room too which has been rented out previously but we routinely don't advertise it as don't like the house to be overcrowded, it does make a good guest room or for storage.

We are not tight landlords, when something breaks we tend to get you a brand new one immediately (recently it's been a new lounge suit, new fridge, the year before was the washing machine).

No smoking or pets. No bills included, but were always very reasonable when we we lived there. Deposit is one month's rent (£265).
