We have 2 friendly cats.

We are close to local shops, and on good bus routes (17) with easy access to city centre, rail station, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) at whitley ~ 1 mile, Middlemarch, motorways, both universities, hospitals etc.
Bills for Electric, gas, water, wifi, council tax, are included in rate quoted. Also includes cleaning of shared areas and basic supplies like hand soap washup liquid loo rolls. etc.

We are a relaxed friendly house, happy to share but equally respectful of each others privacy. Looking for like minded, clean, tidy, reliable house mate.
