Aldi, Canon Park Shopping Centre (many shops and food outlets there including Tesco, Iceland, Wilkos, Boots, barber and optician). Sainsbury's and Costco are also close by. These shops are all 5 mins by car or a 10 to 15 min walk.


Green spaces close by inlude the fields and footpaths around Canley Ford stream, For longer walks there is a path across the golf course followed by a briddleway track leading to the tree lined war memorial park path, or in the other direction the tree lined millennial walk path which ends at Warwick University lakes and campus.

Canley Train station is only 6 mins walk away, close enough to rapidly get a train but far enough away not to hear the trains, this station offers regular trains to Coventry centre, Birmingham airport, Birmingham centre, and London. The house is also far enough from A45 to not hear the traffic.
