I have three double rooms (for single occupancy only) to rent in a quiet house with a big garden in the Ricoh Arena area in Holbrooks, close to buses, shops, M6 J3 and A444. There is also a train station (Coventry Arena - hourly)10min walk from the house.

The house is walking distance from Prologis Park, the Ricoh Arena, and most industrial / commercial areas in Holbrooks. It is 3 miles from Amazon, 4 miles from Coventry University and 7 miles from Warwick University; .

Room 1 TAKEN: the rent is £400 pcm. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a small cupboard, a bedside table with drawers, under-bed storage.

Room 2 TAKEN: the rent is £395 pcm. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers.

Room 3 AVAILABLE: the rent is £390 pcm . There is a small double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a small corner table and a chair.

1 month deposit. Refundable on departure (ONE MONTH WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED ). The rents include water, gas, electricity, council tax, fibre broadband, sky aerial points in each room.

Unfortunately, I am not able to have smokers/vapers. Sorry. No pets. No couples. Professionals or students. Not able to accommodate UC candidates. Sorry.
