Room to rent in Bannerbrook. We are a couple who want to rent out two of our rooms. The rooms share use of a bathroom with shower, and are furnished with a double bed, storage and a desk. We have broadband, and a tv in the lounge. There is a small garden and a parking space at the back. There is storage for a bike in the garage.
Room 1 becomes available on 6/6, and the other one on 13/6.
On the estate there is a pub, an indian, and some shops. It is a fairly quiet place, with a few walks nearby. There is a bus to the city centre, and Tile Hill station is nearby.
