You will have use of not only your room but the lounge, kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi bath, both toilets etc. full fibre optic broadband with TIVO on Virgin media. The house is centrally heated and double glazed. NO DSS, Parking available. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished bedroom with a lock, the property is alarmed.
I would prefer any potential sharers to think of the house as a home and to treat it as such-this includes keeping it clean-
To clarify, bills are inclusive apart from the obvious, things like pay-per-view, food etc

The house is ideally suited within commuting distance to Birmingham, Rugby, Leicester, Lutterworth, Daventry, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Leamington, Kenilworth being a few minutes drive away from the M6/J2, the A45, A46, M42 and M40.
Parking is plentiful. There are is a gym 2 minutes walk away and a virgin active gym nearby in Whitley.
Walsgrave hospital, Jaguar Land Rover and Coventry uni are very close, the area is supported by several shopping centres including a huge Tesco, an Asda, Morrisons and Lidl nearby.
