I offer you a double en-suite room available on the 1st July 2014. The rent is £330 per month (water and internet are included but not gas and electricity). It is occupied by two other friendly professionals who both are 24 years. The room is furnished and is on the top floor of the house along with another bedroom. Both have their own bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). The kitchen and the living room are downstairs along with another bathroom and the third bedroom. There is a small garden as well. The house is about 10 minutes walk from Coventry University so ideal for a student, and 2 minutes walk from far Gosford street, so near a few shops.
