Room Available Now! Close to City Centre

I have a furnished room available to rent. The house has gas central heating and an electric shower (there is also a bath). I am a pescatarian (I may have spelled that wrong) - I eat fish but not meat. If you're not a veggie it's not a problem. My ideal room mate would be someone who knows how to clean up after themselves! No smokers and definitely no drugs!! Male or female, as long as you can pay your rent on time and are prepared for a mutually respectful house share then we should get along fine.

If you are a commuting professional and only require the room during the week or Sunday evening to Friday morning, that would also work for me.
