Spare Single Room, Lovely modern 4 bedroom house.

We have a spare single room in our lovely four bedroom house next year. It is £79p/w (this excludes gas and electric) It works out cheaper than most halls of residence and is paid in the same way (three instalments that coincide with loans).

The house is located on broomfield mews and is about 20 minute walk to university but there are buses close around if you don’t want to walk. It is a modern house and is really nice and homely.

It is a three story house with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, including a Jacuzzi bath. The lounge has a 42’’ Plasma TV with sky TV and there is a nice garden. So far there is three girls including myself studying Criminology and Law, Forensic investigations and Paramedic science and we will all be going into our second year.
