We have three rooms available to rent in the house - one small room(£260 per month) and two doubles rooms (£310 per month). This excludes bills (Gas, Electricity, Water & Council Tax. Internet/ Telephone: Shared between the housemates). I can re-quote the price if you would like bills included.

Each room is furnished with a bed frame and mattress, wardrobe and desk as a minimum.

There are two bathrooms and a huge kitchen in the quiet, clean and tidy house, as well as a large conservatory.

House location: Kenpas Highway (near Kenilworth Road), Coventry, CV3 6BP

Deposit: One month's rent.

There is a young professional (Warwick alumni) currently living in the house.

Walking: Warwick University (approx. 25 mins), big Tescos (20 mins) and Coventry Town (45 mins - up to 10 minutes by bus)

Bus: There is a bus stop around 50 yards (less than 30 seconds) from the house for buses to Warwick University (360C), or to Coventry town (9/9a).
There is also a local convenience store, pharmacy and Subway around 100 yards from the house.
