The bedsit room is an annexe attached to my house so we require the person to be a quiet neighbour.

It consists of its own : shower room including toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail radiator, extractor fan and shower.

Living area is small currently housing a double bed, small chest of drawers, has basic sky tv, and a clothes rail .

In all it is approx 3m x 2. 5m plus the shower room and plus the small kitchenette area.

Kitchenette area has a sink, work top and fridge along with combination oven/grill/microwave.
There are no storage cupboards.

Parking is available

Imagine a nice hotel room plus an area to cook small meals and has its own ensuite shower room and you have the picture.

Washing machine also included.
Broadband included.

This would suit a professional or student who doesn't need loads of space but wants a private , safe, clean and quiet room.

The rent is £400 per calendar month which includes electric heating heating on for 8 hours a day, electrics, broadband, water and council tax.
Great location which is very safe and secure.

It is just a minute to the bus stop which goes directly to Coventry city centre (5 mins) or Birmingham city centre (30mins).

Is just minutes from A45/M6.

There is also bus stop for the 360 bus which is 5 mins away that goes directly to warwick university as well every hour.
