I have a double room to rent inside a furnished 3 bed house, located on the earlsdon/canley boarder of Coventry. I am currently renting the property myself. Good sized living room with kitchen diner, and one bathroom. Good sized garden to the rear.
I am a 26 year old single male and a worked professional, looking for somebody similar although age is not a problem. I have a 3 year old son who stays with me a couple of times per week so any potential roommate would need to be comfortable with this. Some of my interests include socialising, watching films and sports.
