Coventry city centre/Coventry University is only a 5-minute drive, 15 minute walk away. There are several bus routes that run close by, including the 21 and the 360 which links the University of Warwick to University Hospital, Walsgrave.

JLR at Whitley can be accessed by foot in 30 minutes.

Coventry Train Station is easily accessible and you can get to Birmingham New Street by train in 20 minutes. The house is also well placed for convenient access to the A45 and A46, and Motorways M6, M1 and M42. Street parking is available outside the house also.

The house consists of a shared kitchen, bathroom, downstairs back room and garden. There is a cosy single bedroom and double bedroom available to rent. They are both furnished and include a bed, TV with Freeview and chest of drawers. Duvet, pillows and linen provided.

All bills included - council tax, electricity and gas. Plus unlimited Talk Talk Wi-Fi.

Must be comfortable with dogs as we look after a Springer Spaniel on an occasional basis.

Short Term lets and Mon-Fri lodgers will also be considered.
