We are a husband and wife couple with a new born baby. Your room is situated at the front of the house downstairs and the baby's lifestyle does not affect the lodgers stay as the room the baby stays in is at the back of the house upstairs. My husband works shifts and me & the baby are out in the day and sometimes in or out in the evening. It is a newly renovated, clean and well maintained property.
Room availability Is 30th October 2016. Both Long Term & Short Term is welcome!
We are welcoming hosts & enjoy meeting new professionals!
You are 10 minutes walking distance from the M6, Ricoh Arena, 15 minutes by bus to Walsgrave Triangle and 2 minutes walk from shops/takeaways.
The bus stop is 1 minutes walk and will take you direct into town and around Coventry.
It is a quiet neighbourhood & we are looking for a professional to join us!
