The house is in a nice neighborhood. It's 20 minutes walk from the Warwick university. The location is perfect. Bus stop to city center and uni 5 minutes walk. Shopping center within 15 minutes.
In the house, there is a nice kitchen fully equipped( oven, micro-oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, and all the kitchen tools). A nice sharing space with two couch to spend some time with the other roommates. There is a nice little garden at the back of the house.
The bathroom is really nice and clean.
The room is great and big. It has all the furniture you need (bed wardrobe, desk and chair, shelf, nightstand). This is the biggest room of the house.
There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
The house has also a very fast wifi connection.
The bills are not included. Between 30-50£/month.
The three current roommates are really friendly and welcoming!
