There is also a communal sitting room with wall mounted TV.

2 bathrooms both with bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.

Secure rear garden.

The bedrooms have a bed, mattress and new mattress protector, a desk & chair, wardrobes, waste paper bin and mirror as a minimum. No bedding provided.

The house has its Gas and Electric safety certificates a fire blanket and also wired in fire alarm.

Meriden street is minutes walking distance from Coventry City Centre, close to a bus route with lots of local shops and a Morrisons within walking distance.

Utility bills are capped at £400pcm for the whole house, this is plenty to cover all bills and keep you in hot water and a nice warm house all year around but does stop over use by putting the heating on full blast and opening the
doors and windows to cool down and any use of electric heaters being brought in and used etc.
