The room is a double room with furniture provided and the kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom are all shared. There is on street parking and rent includes council tax but does not include water, gas & electricity, TV License and broadband. Bills usually come to about £70 but less in summer.

The house is very close to the town centre and also has many shops and amenities near by in Earlsdon high street and the local area.

I'm a young professional who likes to keep things tidy and I also have a cat who is very friendly, so it would need to be someone who gets on with cats and is not allergic etc.

I recommend a viewing to fully appreciate the room and the rest of the house.

If mature students are interested then Warwick Uni is a 10 min walk & 10 min bus ride, & Coventry Uni is a 10 min bus ride.
