Spacious double room in Earlsdon

We have a double room available immediately in a house share in Earlsdon. It’s only a 10 minute walk into the city centre, a 5 minute walk up the road to Earlsdon High Street where you can catch the bus to Warwick University.



The room is on the 1st floor, spacious and bright, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and plenty of space for your own things. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one on the ground floor featuring a shower cubicle and a toilet and one upstairs featuring a bath and toilet.

Rent is £293 a month, which includes council tax, internet and water. In the spring and summer time it’s an extra £10 pounds for gas and £10 for electricity on a monthly basis, and in the winter it comes to about £15 each, again monthly. The deposit is one month’s rent.

The house has full central heating, wi-fi, parking and a beautiful private garden. The lounge downstairs comprises of leather brown sofas, electric fireplace, communal TV and sliding French glass doors leading out into the garden. You will be sharing the house with 2 guys, English and Italian and myself, originally from Moldova, in the UK for 7 years now. We are all very sociable, spend a lot of time together chatting, cooking, enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and sharing day to day life. Of course, we also have our privacy and so far we have managed to combine these two very well.

Kitchen is large and bright and comprises of a wooden dining table, American style fridge, cooker and you are free to use all the utensils we’ve accrued here over the years. We tend to share everything in the kitchen anyway so even if you don’t have your own stuff, there’s plenty here.

We are looking for someone easygoing and sociable to join us in our house. We’ve created a nice warm environment and we are looking forward to another person moving in.
