Hi. My name is terry. I work in Coventry as a chef. I have two cats, a nice peaceful garden and two bathrooms (so no waiting)
I have a roomy single room to rent (could easily fit a double bed in)
It's already furnished but moving stuff out can be arranged. I'm looking for a tidy and reasonably quiet housemate that I can socialise with (but also free to have our own space) the rent is £110 per week including bills.
Im a friendly outgoing person but I do like to treat my home, like a home (not a party house/crack den) haha.
