We are looking for two girls (students) to share the house with us during academic year 2014/15 The house is 25 min walk from Coventry University, buses 11&12 to Warwick Uni, 25 min walk to city center, nice, green, safe area, close to shops. House is really nice, fitted kitchen, share bathroom with shower, living room & garden. Bedrooms are nice and big. Rent is 200 per month (45 per week). Internet is included, rest of bills are excluded (water, electricity, gas) . NO DEPOSIT AND NO AGENCY FEES. Everyone is welcome to view the house.
