Double room in friendly houseshare

Hi There,

We are looking for a lovely person to complete our household. I'm studying medicine at Warwick, Grainne is an engineer and Mouse is my super friendly chihuahua who is mostly busy smelling things and looking for a lap to sit on.

This house is just a couple of minutes walk from the bus to uni (about a ten minute ride) and also from the main street, which is actually really nice, and about 15 minutes walk from the station. The room is a good size, plus the house has got a really sweet garden, hard floors and a wood burning stove. Street parking is free and spaces seem pretty easy to come by. We also have a shed you could keep a bike in, if you wanted.

Mouse is a very sweet, clean, energetic, and friendly chihuahua – most definitely not a hand bag dog! So please don't apply if you're not an animal lover. It would be amazing if you fancied taking her out from time to time! Essentially all the fun of owning a lovely dog without the cost or responsibility ;-)

We enjoy almost anything – singing and making music, baking, eating, board games, friendly debating, chatting, laughing loudly and a lot, action films, terrible TV (ranging from Masterchef to MY TATTOO HELL!) we're fairly clean and tidy but not neat freaks by any means.

Boys and girls are equally welcome, we'd just like to share with someone fun, outgoing and sociable who's up for sharing dinner or a drink after uni (or work).
