House share in Earlsdon
Hi!
This is an advert to share a four bedroom house with two bathrooms in Earlsdon. You would get half of the house: two bedrooms and a bathroom. You would pay half of the total rent, which averages to roughly 550 pounds, subject to changes in the energy and internet prices.
Me and my wife have been sharing this house with another couple for some years, but in the middle of November they are moving far away for a new job.
We are Russian, we work/study at Warwick University. The place is very bicycle friendly, but no pets are allowed by the landlord.
The requirement from us is to be quiet at night and tidy in the kitchen.
