Double room for rent in a lovely fully furnished house in Earlsdon. Around 10min walk into Coventry City centre and Coventry train station.
Room is on 2nd floor of a terrace house with wardrobe and double bed.
The property has a nice sized lounge, dinning room, galley kitchen and down stairs bathroom. There is also a suitable sized back garden.
All bills are included in the price, including council tax, TV licence and broadband internet.

There are currently two other tenants who are a Chinese couple currently studying at Warwick university so mature foreign students very welcome. One of the couple does spend a fair amount of time in london however so the main housemate is female.
The rent is £475 PCM which is inclusive of all bills. Currently I can only consider renting the room out to a single person.
There 3 bedrooms however I will not be renting out the 3rd bedroom. This room can be used for overnight guests etc between you and the current tenant.

Parking is off road and like most streets in Earlsdon can be busy at times due to the location.
