The house is in Earlsdon (10 mins walk to city centre). It's a few minutes walk to the No. 11 bus-stop where buses take 20 mins to get to Warwick University. It's a 20 min walk to Coventry University. Very safe, neighbourly streets.

Tenants with frequent visitors at non-social hours, those who like frequent parties and loud music will find their lifestyles incompatible with the current housemates and neighbours.

The room is priced at £99 pcw and the minimum rental period is 9 months, with rent payable termly. Rates advertised include all bills and unlimited superfast broadband.

The room available is Bedroom 5 (photos as labelled) on the first floor, back of the building, with a view of the garden. Unfortunately the person who was going to move in has been unwell and has had to quit her course.
