The biggest benefit of the property is the location and its close proximity to Birmingham City Centre. The property has excellent links to Hagley Road which provides buses (or you can walk in 12 mins!) to Birmingham City Centre. There are many, many local shopping facilities, banks, restuarants, pubs nearby which are within walking distance on Hagley Road such as the Plough and Harrow Pub. Birmingham City Centre provides many excellent places such as Broad Street with restuarants, bars, shopping facilities available and places such as Broadway Plaza, Brindley Place and NIA, MailBox, Chinatown all nearby.
