the other room has a larger wardrobe and is slightly bigger


Rooms can be supplied for "short term" lets

Beautifully refurbished rooms with parking to let just 10 minutes walk to Jaguar and direct transport links to Birmingham City Centre

Double bed with orthopedic mattress and protector

Your own toilet with washbasin and mirrored cupboard outside your room which is allocated solely to you. All rooms and toilets have the same keypad code

The house has a communal lounge with settee and TV
There is also High speed Virgin Broadband
A Utility room with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron
A communal garden with a rotary line, cigarette boxes for smokers, garden bench and bicycle rack.
Parking is available

All bills are included in your rent.

A bus stop is just outside the house which has a direct bus route to Erdington and Sutton Coldfield
Bus route 167 and 168 and 28 just around the corner on Chester Road.

There is a convenience store at the end of the road and Pype Hayes Park is just up the road if you want to do walking/jogging
