The house has been fully furnished by the current tenants, except for the room for rent. The room has however been decorated within the last 12 months and had new carpet fitted. The kitchen and utility consists of an oven, hob, microwave x 2, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a secure shed located in the garden.
Must be ok with pets as current tenant has a medium-sized dog.
